Why Us?

I’m happy you’re here. As a Registered Nurse with 20 years of critical care experience, I’ve been at the forefront of life-and-death situations, performing CPR in real-time. But I’ve also been in your shoes—sitting in a classroom, learning these life-saving skills. Having taken countless CPR/BLS and ACLS courses as a healthcare provider as well as lay person CPR, I understand what makes CPR and First Aid instruction truly effective and memorable.

My mission in starting this company is to share my real-world experience with my community. Whether you’re here because CPR is a job requirement, you’re caring for loved ones, or you simply want to empower yourself to save a life, my goal is to make this journey meaningful for you.

I strive to create a learning environment that goes beyond just earning a certification. My approach focuses on practical skills, retention techniques, and hands-on learning to ensure you leave feeling confident and prepared to act when it matters most. I am deeply passionate about the subjects I teach and believe they deserve the time and attention necessary for thorough understanding, rather than rushing through the course. Together, let’s make these serious topics engaging and empower you to be a difference-maker in someone’s life.

What is CPR?

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a life-saving technique used in emergencies when someone's heart has stopped beating or they are not breathing. CPR is designed to keep vital organs like the brain and heart alive and functioning during critical moments, giving the person the best chance of survival.

The goal of CPR is to keep blood and oxygen flowing in the body until professional medical help arrives. It’s a simple, step-by-step process that anyone can learn.

You don’t need to be a doctor or nurse to perform CPR—just knowing the basics and acting quickly can make all the difference in saving a life.

Why is it important to learn CPR?

YOU CAN SAVE A LIFE!

Every year, hundreds of thousands of people experience cardiac arrest outside of hospitals, and survival often depends on immediate bystander intervention. CPR can double or even triple a person’s chance of survival by maintaining vital blood flow to the brain and organs until professional medical help arrives.

What is an AED?

An Automated External Defibrillator (AED) is a portable medical device that can help save someone's life during a sudden cardiac arrest (SCA). When a person’s heart stops beating effectively, an AED analyzes their heart rhythm and, if needed, delivers a controlled electric shock to help the heart return to a normal rhythm. AEDs give step-by-step voice or visual instructions, guiding you through the process even if you’ve never used one before. AEDs are often found in public places like schools, gyms, airports, and offices, and they’re an essential part of saving lives when paired with CPR.
