Community Classes - Open to the public
Community CPR Classes – Open to the Public!
Community classes are scheduled CPR classes that are open to everyone! These sessions are pre-arranged with reserved meeting spaces, dates and times and provide a great opportunity for individuals or small groups to get certified without having to coordinate a private class.
However, if these dates don’t work for you or if you need training for your workplace, organization, or private group, I’m happy to set up a class that fits your schedule. Contact me to customize a session that meets your needs!
To Register for a Community CPR Class:
Click below to see available classes and register for an upcoming public class! Please note:
Class sizes are limited to 10 participants – Once a class reaches capacity, registration will close.
A minimum of 3 participants is required – Signing up does not guarantee that the class will take place.
After you register, I will confirm the class via email once the minimum is met. At that time, payment will be due.
I appreciate your understanding! With a multi-hour course covering essential lifesaving skills and requiring pre-acquired training materials, I’m unable to conduct sessions with fewer than 3 participants. Thank you for your interest—I look forward to training with you!

Private Small Group Classes
Empower CPR and First Aid is dedicated to providing personalized and intimate training experiences for small groups. Whether you’re learning CPR and First Aid with family, friends, colleagues, or members of your community, I offer high-quality instruction in a setting that suits your needs.
Unlike traditional training centers where classes can feel impersonal, my approach is designed to prioritize comfort, convenience, and connection. Instead of being one of many in a crowded room, you’ll have the opportunity to learn in a smaller group with focused attention and in a space that feels familiar and welcoming.
Classes can be held in various convenient and comfortable locations, including:
Community Centers: Ideal for neighborhood groups, clubs, or organizations.
Libraries: Quiet and accessible spaces perfect for small gatherings.
Event Venues: A great option for team-building events or specialized training sessions.
Places of Worship: Welcoming spaces for congregations or faith-based groups to come together and learn life-saving skills.
Schools or Classrooms: Convenient for teachers, staff, or parent groups.
Gyms or Fitness Studios: Ideal for personal trainers, fitness instructors, yoga instructors and gym members.
Office Spaces: Perfect for workplace training for small teams or departments.
Cafés or Restaurants (During Off-Hours): Great for small business owners and staff to gather and learn together.
Recreation Centers: Ideal for sports teams, coaches, and recreational staff.
Clubhouses or HOA Spaces: Convenient for homeowner associations and local communities.
Retirement Communities: A perfect fit for residents, caregivers, and staff.
Childcare Facilities: Essential training for daycare providers and nannies.
These are just a few of the possibilities for hosting your private small group session. When you reach out, we’ll work together to find the best location based on your schedule, preferences, and availability.
Individual Classes
If you need CPR certification or renewal as an individual, I’m here to help! While my classes typically require a minimum of 3 participants, I can assist in finding a class that fits your needs. Since I don’t operate out of a fixed training center, I coordinate with interested participants to arrange a convenient location, date, and time that works best for everyone. I do, however, try to set up a few Community Classes (open to the public) each month. Those are pre-set dates and times, but those classes might be a great option for you.
Reach out to me, and we can discuss your options in more detail—I’ll do my best to accommodate your schedule and ensure you get the training you need.
Schools / Graduating Seniors
In Arizona, high school students are required to receive CPR training as a prerequisite for graduation. This mandate, effective since July 1, 2019, ensures that students are equipped with life-saving skills before completing their high school education. This initiative aligns with Arizona Revised Statutes 15-718.01, which mandates that all high school seniors must complete CPR training to qualify for graduation. Arizona high school seniors are required to be trained in CPR, but they do not need to obtain certification to meet the graduation requirement.
The legislation stipulates that students must participate in CPR training that includes a hands-on component, emphasizing practical application of the skills learned. However, students enrolled full-time in online classes are exempt from the hands-on portion of the training.

Empower CPR and First Aid is proud to support Arizona schools in meeting the state’s CPR training requirements for graduating seniors. With engaging, hands-on training sessions, we ensure students are equipped with essential life-saving skills. Contact me today to schedule on-site CPR training tailored to your school’s needs.
For larger student groups, I’m flexible with my 10-participant maximum. Feel free to contact me so we can discuss the logistics and pricing options for accommodating larger groups.

At Empower CPR and First Aid, I believe in making CPR training more accessible and convenient for everyone. If you host a class at your workplace, home, or any gathering space, you’ll receive 50% off your course fee!
How it works:
The host is considered the point person and the person who coordinates with the instructor.

Feel free to contact me so we can discuss the logistics and pricing options for accommodating larger groups}.
Host the class at a location that works best for your group—whether it's your neighborhood community center, office, venue or a local meeting space. {* I do not offer in-home course instruction as this time.}
